You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our front desk, assisting patients with their inquiries and appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of the office.We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.   1. Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and greeting patients.
  2. Respond to patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
  4. Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of the office.
  5. Train and mentor new front office assistants to ensure they are providing exceptional service to patients.
  6. Keep track of office supplies and order new stock as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  8. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
  9. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
  10. Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  12. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  13. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain patient privacy.
  14. Utilize computer systems and software to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest ways to enhance office operations and processes.
