  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Cancer Institute Physician Practices in alignment with the overall goals and mission of Orlando Health.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the physician practices, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of cancer care to patients.
  3. Lead, mentor, and support a team of physicians and staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and community partners.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of cancer care.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to physician practices and cancer care.
  7. Collaborate with other leaders within Orlando Health to drive innovation and continuous improvement in cancer care delivery.
  8. Develop and manage budgets, resource allocations, and financial plans for the Cancer Institute Physician Practices.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in oncology, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the practices.
  10. Serve as a spokesperson for the Cancer Institute Physician Practices, promoting the organization's mission, values, and services to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Foster a culture of patient-centered care, encouraging staff to prioritize the needs and well-being of patients at all times.
  12. Participate in physician recruitment, retention, and evaluation to ensure a highly skilled and dedicated team of providers.
  13. Identify and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement, and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers to promote collaboration and improve access to cancer care services.
  15. Ensure effective communication and coordination between the Cancer Institute Physician Practices and other departments within Orlando Health, promoting a seamless and coordinated patient experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: A Senior Director Of The Cancer Institute Physician Practices Should Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution, Demonstrating A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Protocols.
