High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Scheduling Coordinator At Orlando Health Must Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Education And Can Comprehend And Follow Instructions.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Candidates For This Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Scheduling Or Patient Access Role. This Experience Will Help Them Understand The Complexities Of The Job And Ensure That They Can Handle The Demands Of The Role.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Scheduling Coordinator, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Staff Members.
