1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Post Op Surgical Unit.
2. Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
5. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and discharge instructions.
