  1. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Multisystem PCU Unit.
  2. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and assess patient conditions, report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
  6. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  7. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License In The State Of Florida: Applicants Must Possess A Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Florida To Be Considered For This Position.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Pcu (Progressive Care Unit) Or Similar Setting: Candidates Must Have At Least 1 Year Of Recent Experience Working In A Pcu Or Similar Unit, Providing Care For Patients With Multiple System Issues.

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Assessment Skills: As A Rn In The Multisystem Pcu Unit, The Ability To Think Critically And Quickly Assess Patients' Conditions Is Crucial For Providing Timely And Effective Care.

  • Bls And Acls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Position. Candidates Must Possess These Certifications Prior To Starting The Job.

  • Flexibility To Work Prn Shifts: This Position Requires The Rn To Work Prn (As Needed) Shifts, Which May Include Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. Applicants Must Be Able To Accommodate A Flexible Schedule.
