We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).   1. Provide exceptional care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
  2. Utilize nursing skills and expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  5. Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including documentation of care provided and response to treatment.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care and continuity of treatment.
  7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  8. Remain up-to-date on current nursing practices and procedures, as well as technological advancements in the field.
  9. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
  10. Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are taken into consideration in their care.
  11. Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to assess and respond to changes in patients' conditions.
  12. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times, promoting a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
  13. Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based nursing practices.
  14. Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure efficient and effective operations within the CVICU.
  15. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards to maintain a high level of professionalism and patient confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications.

  • Active Rn License In The State Of Florida.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Cvicu Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher.

  • Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, With Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills.
