1. Accurately and efficiently register patients using designated software and systems.
2. Collect and verify patient personal and insurance information to ensure accuracy.
3. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families during the registration process.
4. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
5. Communicate effectively with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare staff to resolve any registration-related issues.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient patient registration process.
7. Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in patient information to the appropriate department.
8. Stay updated on insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
