1. Provide respiratory therapy services to neonatal patients in the NICU on a PRN basis.
2. Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other prescribed treatments to maintain and improve respiratory function.
3. Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
5. Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
