  1. Perform radiologic procedures: The Registered Radiologist Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of radiologic procedures using advanced imaging technology and techniques.
  2. Assist radiologists: The primary responsibility of the Registered Radiologist Assistant is to assist radiologists in the interpretation and diagnosis of radiologic images.
  3. Monitor patient safety: The Registered Radiologist Assistant will be responsible for monitoring patient safety during radiologic procedures, ensuring that proper protocols are followed and any potential risks are mitigated.
  4. Maintain accurate records: The Registered Radiologist Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of all radiologic procedures, including patient information, images, and any other relevant data.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare team: The Registered Radiologist Assistant will work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including radiologists, nurses, and technologists, to coordinate and provide high-quality patient care.
  6. Stay current with industry trends: In order to provide the best possible care, the Registered Radiologist Assistant will be responsible for staying up-to-date with advancements in radiology technology, procedures, and techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Registered Radiologist Assistant (Rra) Position At Orlando Health Requires A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Sciences Or A Related Field.

  • Certification As A Registered Radiologist Assistant (Rra): Applicants Must Have A Current And Valid Certification As An Rra From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).

  • State Licensure: Candidates Must Be Licensed By The State Of Florida To Practice As A Radiologic Technologist And Must Maintain An Active License Throughout Employment.

  • Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of Two Years Of Clinical Experience As A Radiologic Technologist Is Typically Required For An Rra Position At Orlando Health. Experience In A Hospital Setting Is Preferred.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Radiology Procedures And Equipment: Candidates Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Radiology Procedures, Equipment, And Safety Protocols. They Should Also Possess The Technical Skills Necessary To Operate And Troubleshoot Radiology Equipment.
