
Registered Nurse - Women's PACU (Nights)

- Provide high-quality and compassionate post-operative care to women who have undergone gynecological surgeries.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, assess their level of pain and comfort, and administer medications as needed.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Educate patients and their families about post-operative care, including wound care, medication management, and potential complications.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and respond to changes in patients' condition in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for new staff members and students, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain professional standards of nursing practice and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through education and training.

Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Pacu Or Critical Care Setting
Specialized Training Or Certification In Women's Health Or Obstetrics
Ability To Work Nights And Weekends, As This Position Requires 12-Hour Shifts
Strong Critical Thinking, Communication, And Assessment Skills, With The Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations And Complex Patient Needs.
