1. Provide exceptional care to critically ill female patients in the Women's ICU department.
2. Collaborate with a dedicated and dynamic team to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
3. Utilize evidence-based practices and specialized knowledge to provide specialized care to women's health patients.
4. Monitor and assess patient's condition, document findings, and communicate with healthcare team to ensure proper care.
5. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
6. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and self-care techniques.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
8. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
9. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.
10. Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
11. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met.
12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
13. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
14. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
15. Serve as a role model for other nurses by demonstrating excellent clinical skills and compassionate care.
