Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution: A Registered Nurse - Surgery (Orthopedics) At Orlando Health Must Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing To Demonstrate A Solid Foundation In Nursing Principles And Practices.
Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida: To Practice As A Registered Nurse - Surgery (Orthopedics) At Orlando Health, Candidates Must Hold A Valid Rn License In The State Of Florida Or Be Eligible To Obtain One.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Surgical Nursing Experience: Orlando Health Requires Candidates To Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Surgical Setting, Preferably In Orthopedics, To Ensure They Have The Necessary Skills And Knowledge For The Role.
Bls And Acls Certification: Candidates Must Have Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications From The American Heart Association To Demonstrate Their Competence In Responding To Emergency Situations.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: A Registered Nurse - Surgery (Orthopedics) At Orlando Health Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
