  1. Provide critical care to patients in urgent situations as a member of the Rapid Response Team.
  2. Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  3. Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
  4. Serve as a resource and support to other healthcare team members during urgent situations.
  5. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  6. Adhere to established policies, procedures, and standards of care to maintain quality and safety.
  7. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  8. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
  9. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism while caring for patients and their families.
  10. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  11. Identify and report any changes in patient condition or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
  12. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
  14. Demonstrate a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

  18. Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Active License As A Registered Nurse In The State Of Florida.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Position. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.

  • Acls And Bls Certification: Candidates Must Be Certified In Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls).

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Acute Care Experience: Candidates Must Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse In An Acute Care Setting. Experience In Critical Care Or Emergency Room Is Preferred.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: The Rapid Response Team Requires Quick Decision-Making And Effective Communication With Other Healthcare Professionals. Candidates Must Possess Strong Critical Thinking Skills And Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure.
