- Provide exceptional patient care: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Interventional Spine unit in Lake Mary. This includes administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and assessing patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: The Registered Nurse will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan for patients.
- Maintain a healthy work environment: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for promoting a healthy work environment for their fellow employees by adhering to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.

Valid Rn License: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Registered Nurse - Pool/Prn - Interventional Spine Position At Orlando Health Is A Valid Rn License In The State Of Florida. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Legally Authorized To Practice And Provide Care To Patients.
Prior Experience In Interventional Spine: Orlando Health Is Seeking Candidates Who Have Prior Experience In Interventional Spine Procedures. This Could Include Experience In A Similar Setting, Such As A Hospital, Outpatient Clinic, Or Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Bls And Acls Certifications: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Position. These Certifications Ensure That The Nurse Is Prepared To Provide Emergency Care In The Event Of A Cardiac Or Respiratory Arrest.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: Working In A Fast-Paced Healthcare Environment Requires Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills. Ability To Work On A Prn/Pool Basis: This Position Is A Prn/Pool Position, Meaning That The Nurse Will Work On An As-Needed Basis. This Requires Flexibility In Scheduling, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To Different Units And Patient Populations Within The Interventional Spine Department.
