Job Description

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and facilitating patient care, ensuring quality and safety in our hospital unit.   1. Oversee and coordinate patient care activities within the hospital unit.
  2. Ensure adherence to established healthcare protocols, policies, and procedures.
  3. Monitor and assess patient health status and implement appropriate interventions.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support.
  6. Review and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  7. Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  9. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of patient care.
  10. Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and procedures.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in accreditation processes.
  12. Handle any patient or staff concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Conduct staff evaluations and provide feedback for performance improvement.
  14. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  15. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution

  • Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills, With Experience In Coordinating And Managing Clinical Teams

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As Electronic Medical Record Systems And Patient Care Technologies
