Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn): A Bsn Degree Is Highly Preferred For This Role, As It Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Education And Knowledge In The Field Of Nursing. It Also Prepares Nurses For Advanced Roles And Leadership Positions.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Behavioral Health Nursing: Orlando Health Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Behavioral Health Nursing For This Position. This Ensures That The Nurse Has A Solid Foundation And Understanding Of Psychiatric And Mental Health Care.
Bls And Acls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Role To Ensure That The Nurse Is Proficient In Emergency Response And Resuscitation Techniques.
