  1. Provide quality patient care: The primary responsibility of a Registered Nurse in this role is to provide high-quality care to patients in the Lake Mary Free Standing Emergency Department. This includes assessing patient needs, administering medications, and implementing appropriate treatment plans.
  2. Maintain a safe and clean environment: It is the responsibility of the Registered Nurse to ensure that the emergency department is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. This includes following infection control protocols and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team: The Registered Nurse will work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, technicians, and support staff, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.

  • Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Emergency Department Or Critical Care Setting.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High Stress Environment While Maintaining Composure And Prioritizing Patient Care.

  • Proven Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Team Members.
