  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center setting.
  2. Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  3. Utilize advanced nursing skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in their condition.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Educate patients and their families on their care plans and provide support and guidance.
  7. Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on advancements in ambulatory surgery and patient care.
  10. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  11. Communicate effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and team members to coordinate and provide comprehensive patient care.
  12. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment, including equipment, instruments, and supplies.
  13. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during their surgical experience.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or healthcare team.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.

  • Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Ambulatory Surgery Center Or Similar Outpatient Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Surgical Procedures And Equipment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced Environment.
