  1. Lead and oversee the psychology department at Orlando Health.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of psychological services.
  3. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to other psychologists and mental health professionals.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the psychology department is utilizing the most effective and evidence-based practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  9. Manage and allocate resources to support the department's goals and objectives.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for team members.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  12. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new psychologists.
  13. Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
  14. Represent the psychology department in meetings and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and departmental activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree Or Higher In Psychology Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Clinical Or Research Setting

  • Licensed As A Psychologist Or Eligible For Licensure In The State Of Florida

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Supervising And Mentoring Staff

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Psychological Assessment And Treatment Techniques, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Evidence-Based Programs And Interventions.
