  1. Oversee and manage multiple programs and projects within the nursing department at Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC).
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency within the nursing department.
  3. Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of programs and projects.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  6. Communicate project updates, progress, and results to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support program and project initiatives.
  8. Evaluate program and project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Oversee program and project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and expenses are kept within budget.
  10. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare and project management to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to healthcare and project management.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the nursing department and across the organization.
  14. Act as a representative for the nursing department and Orlando Health in professional and community events.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field, With A Preference For A Master's Degree In Nursing Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Nursing Practices, Regulations, And Standards Of Care.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Initiatives And Projects.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Providers, Administrators, And External Partners.
