Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will be essential in achieving our goals.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, along with at least 5 years of experience in nursing program management. A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred.   1. Develop and implement nursing programs and special projects for Orlando Health, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to successfully execute projects and achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hospital leadership, nursing staff, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
  5. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of nursing programs and special projects to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress, identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks, and escalate concerns to senior management when necessary.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external organizations to support the successful implementation of projects.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing program management, and incorporate them into the organization's programs and processes.
  9. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursing program staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to effectively perform their roles.
  10. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to nursing programs and special projects.
  11. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of nursing programs and special projects, and use this information to inform future initiatives.
  12. Represent Orlando Health at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the organization's nursing programs and special projects.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that supports the professional growth and development of team members.
  14. Adhere to the organization's mission, vision, and values, and act as a role model for ethical and professional behavior.
