- Develop and implement nursing programs and special projects for Orlando Health, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to successfully execute projects and achieve desired outcomes.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hospital leadership, nursing staff, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of nursing programs and special projects to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks, and escalate concerns to senior management when necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external organizations to support the successful implementation of projects.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing program management, and incorporate them into the organization's programs and processes.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursing program staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to effectively perform their roles.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to nursing programs and special projects.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of nursing programs and special projects, and use this information to inform future initiatives.
- Represent Orlando Health at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the organization's nursing programs and special projects.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that supports the professional growth and development of team members.

Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
