1. Develop and implement nursing programs and special projects for Orlando Health, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to successfully execute projects and achieve desired outcomes.
3. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
