
Program Acquisition Coordinator - Hospital Care at Home

- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new programs and partnerships that align with Orlando Health's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential program opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for expansion of the Hospital Care at Home program.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and community organizations.
- Develop and deliver presentations to promote the Hospital Care at Home program to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and contract development with potential partners to secure new programs and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for the Hospital Care at Home program.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in healthcare policies and regulations that may impact program acquisition and expansion.
- Represent Orlando Health at industry events and conferences to network and promote the Hospital Care at Home program.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage program budgets and expenses.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on program acquisition progress and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to program acquisition and expansion.
- Train and mentor team members to support program acquisition efforts and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between Orlando Health and partner organizations to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing success of the Hospital Care at Home program.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
2+ Years Of Experience In Program Coordination Or Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Hospital Care At Home Programs And Their Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate Multiple Tasks And Stakeholders.
Experience With Budget Management And Knowledge Of Healthcare Reimbursement Processes.
