  1. Lead the acquisition of new programs for the Hospital Care at Home team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and prioritize program needs and opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of new programs.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in hospital care.
  5. Develop and manage project plans for the implementation of new programs, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  6. Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  7. Work closely with internal teams to promote new programs and ensure seamless integration into existing processes.
  8. Create and maintain documentation, including program proposals, budgets, and progress reports.
  9. Monitor and track program budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  10. Provide regular updates and presentations to leadership on program acquisition and implementation progress.
  11. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all programs are in accordance with standards.
  12. Train and educate team members on new programs to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve program acquisition and implementation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns related to program acquisition and implementation.
  15. Uphold the organization's mission and values in all interactions and decision-making processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Acquisition And Coordination In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Hospital Care At Home Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Coordinate Program Activities.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Problem-Solve Effectively To Ensure Successful Program Implementation.
