  1. Oversee the operation and maintenance of all complex systems and equipment within our facilities.
  2. Ensure efficient and effective functioning of all physical infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and audits of all systems and equipment to identify and address any potential issues.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems or malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Keep up-to-date records of all equipment and systems maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  7. Work closely with other departments and teams to coordinate maintenance and repair activities that may impact patient care.
  8. Monitor and manage the budget for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  9. Stay informed about industry advancements and new technologies to make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the operation and maintenance of our facilities.
  11. Train and supervise maintenance staff to perform their duties effectively and safely.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
  13. Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance as needed.
  14. Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including staff, patients, and community members.
  15. Participate in emergency response plans and act as a point of contact during facility emergencies.
  16. Act as a role model for professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions.
  17. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Plant Maintenance And Operations

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Equipment Maintenance Procedures

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Technicians And Engineers
