  1. Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients at our Outpatient Rehab in Brevard County, FL, with a focus on the Viera area.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
  3. Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  4. Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to guide treatments and monitor progress.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  6. Educate and empower patients and their families on proper techniques for injury prevention and self-care.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  8. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the field of physical therapy.
  9. Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients, colleagues, and other members of the healthcare team.
  11. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect towards patients of all backgrounds and abilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In The Principles And Techniques Of Physical Therapy.

  • State Licensure: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid License To Practice As A Physical Therapist In The State Of Florida. This License Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Requirements For Education And Training In Physical Therapy.

  • Cpr Certification: As A Healthcare Professional, It Is Essential For A Physical Therapist To Have Current Cpr Certification. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Prepared To Handle Emergency Situations That May Arise While Working With Patients.

  • Experience In Outpatient Rehabilitation: Previous Experience Working In An Outpatient Rehabilitation Setting Is Preferred For This Position. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Diverse Caseload.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For A Physical Therapist To Effectively Work With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Provide Clear Instructions, Listen Actively, And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.
