Job Description

As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact on their lives.   1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  2. Create personalized treatment plans based on patient's individual needs and goals.
  3. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve patient's physical mobility and functional abilities.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and home exercises.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  8. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
  9. Continuously update knowledge and skills through participation in professional development opportunities.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
  12. Assist in the maintenance and organization of equipment and supplies.
  13. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  15. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, including physical therapy assistants and support staff.
  16. Collaborate with insurance companies to obtain authorization for services and to ensure timely reimbursement.
  17. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  18. Participate in community outreach and education programs to promote the benefits of physical therapy.
  19. Take on additional responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
  20. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the organization in a positive light.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current State License To Practice As A Physical Therapist.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Outpatient Rehabilitation Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatments And Techniques For Various Musculoskeletal Conditions.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Patient Population.
