- Provide one-on-one care to patients to help improve their mobility and quality of life.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and reassessments to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve their mobility and function.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor with patients, their families, and colleagues.
- Comply with all safety and infection control procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Act as a resource and mentor for less experienced therapists and students.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist with marketing and promoting the outpatient rehab services to increase patient volume.
- Adhere to productivity standards and meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization positively at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Program
State Licensure As A Physical Therapist In Florida
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Outpatient Rehabilitation Setting
Advanced Knowledge Of Musculoskeletal And Neurological Conditions And Treatment Techniques
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Patient Interactions And Collaboration With Interdisciplinary Healthcare Team.
