
Physical Therapist- Outpatient Ortho- Per Diem Weekdays

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Ortho team on a per diem basis during weekdays. - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy interventions to patients, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Monitor and record patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to the patient's healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities to promote healing and prevent future injury.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and professional standards.
- Stay informed on current trends, techniques, and advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new knowledge into practice.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.

Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Is Required To Be Considered For This Position. This Degree Should Be From An Accredited Program.
State Licensure: Candidates Must Hold A Current License To Practice Physical Therapy In The State Of Florida. This May Include Passing A State Board Examination And Meeting Continuing Education Requirements.
Cpr Certification: All Applicants Must Have Current Cpr Certification From An American Heart Association-Approved Program.
Previous Experience In Outpatient Orthopedics: Candidates With Prior Experience In An Outpatient Orthopedic Setting Will Be Preferred. This May Include Experience With Post-Surgical Rehabilitation, Sports Injuries, And Other Musculoskeletal Conditions.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Position Requires Working Closely With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
