  1. Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
  2. Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical abilities and reach their maximum potential.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure treatment goals are met.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  5. Stay informed on the latest advancements and techniques in physical therapy to continuously improve patient outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
  7. Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment for patients and adhere to all infection control protocols.
  8. Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques to improve their overall health and well-being.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution Is The Minimum Requirement For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Anatomy, Physiology, And Rehabilitation Techniques.

  • State Licensure: All Physical Therapists Must Hold A Valid License To Practice In The State Of Florida. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Requirements For Education And Clinical Experience.

  • Cpr Certification: As Physical Therapists Work With Patients Who May Have Medical Emergencies, It Is Important For Them To Be Certified In Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Cpr). This Certification Shows That The Candidate Is Prepared To Handle Emergency Situations.

  • Clinical Experience: Previous Experience Working As A Physical Therapist In A Clinical Setting Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Experience Allows The Candidate To Have A Better Understanding Of Patient Care And Treatment Methods.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Physical Therapists Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Explain Treatment Plans, And Provide Emotional Support To Patients. Additionally, Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary For Building Trust And Rapport With Patients.
