In this role, you will work alongside our experienced physical therapists to provide exceptional care to patients in need.   1. Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
  2. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  3. Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and overall physical function.
  4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  7. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize patient care.
  8. Stay current on industry developments and advancements in physical therapy techniques.
  9. Assist with the maintenance and organization of therapy equipment and supplies.
  10. Comply with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  11. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.
  12. Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  13. Attend staff meetings and participate in continuing education opportunities.
  14. Uphold the mission and values of Orlando Health.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and provide the highest quality of care to patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution

  • Current State Licensure As A Physical Therapy Assistant

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Orthopedics Or Rehabilitation

  • Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Kinesiology

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients And Healthcare Team Members.
