- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their physical function and prevent future injuries.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Stay informed about industry developments and advancements in physical therapy to provide the most effective and evidence-based care.

Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assistant (Pta) From An Accredited Program.
State Licensure Or Certification As A Pta.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Rehabilitation Center.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Healthcare Team Members, And Families.
Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Therapeutic Modalities To Provide Effective Treatment Plans For Patients.
