  1. Dispensing Medications: Accurately and efficiently dispense medications to patients based on prescription orders.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of medication inventory, ensuring that medications are not expired and that stock is replenished as needed.
  3. Prescription Processing: Receive and process prescription orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  4. Patient Safety: Verify patient information and medication dosages to ensure the safe delivery of medications to patients.
  5. Communication: Communicate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve any issues or concerns related to medication orders.
  6. Adherence to Regulations: Follow all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, in the handling and delivery of medications.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and patient information, ensuring confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  8. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on medications and supplies to ensure accuracy and safety.
  9. Patient Education: Provide basic education to patients on their medications, including dosage instructions and potential side effects.
  10. Teamwork: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including pharmacists and nurses, to ensure the best possible patient care.
  11. Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continuing education and training opportunities.
  12. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any concerns or questions in a professional and compassionate manner.
  13. Adaptable: Be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  14. Time Management: Prioritize and organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of medications to patients.
  15. Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and disposal of medications, to maintain a safe working environment for all.
