Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paramedic to join our night shift team on a part-time basis. As a Paramedic, you will play a critical role in responding to emergency calls and providing lifesaving treatment to patients in need. This position requires individuals who are able to remain calm under pressure and have a strong sense of empathy and compassion.   1. Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently, adhering to protocols and procedures.
  2. Provide emergency medical treatment to patients in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  3. Assess patient's condition and determine appropriate course of action, including administering necessary medications and performing necessary procedures.
  4. Remain calm and collected in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and team members.
  5. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Document all patient care accurately and thoroughly.
  7. Maintain and restock emergency medical supplies and equipment.
  8. Stay updated on current medical practices and techniques in order to provide the highest quality of care.
  9. Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to maintain and enhance skills.
  10. Demonstrate a strong sense of empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and efficient patient care.
  12. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  14. Display a positive and professional attitude towards patients, colleagues, and the community.
  15. Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Paramedic Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold A Valid And Current Paramedic Certification From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paramedic In An Emergency Medical Setting.

  • Acls And Pals Certifications: The Candidate Should Possess Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) Certifications.

  • Flexibility To Work Night Shifts: The Candidate Should Be Willing And Available To Work Night Shifts As Per The Assigned Schedule.

  • Excellent Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Make Quick Decisions In High-Pressure Situations.
