- Provide rapid and high-quality assessment and treatment to patients in a pre-hospital setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including Physicians, Nurses, and EMTs to deliver exceptional emergency medical care.
- Administer life-saving interventions and medications according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Effectively communicate patient information and treatment plans to the receiving facility and other members of the healthcare team.
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records and documentation.
- Stay current on advancements in emergency medical care and participate in ongoing education and training.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during medical emergencies.
- Represent Orlando Health in a professional and compassionate manner at all times.

Valid Paramedic Certification: Candidates Must Have A Valid Paramedic Certification From An Accredited Institution.
Previous Experience In Emergency Medical Services: Prior Experience Working As A Paramedic In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Advanced Life Support Techniques: Candidates Should Be Well-Versed In Advanced Life Support Techniques, Including Intubation, Medication Administration, And Cardiac Monitoring.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Effectively Communicating With Patients, Family Members, And Other Healthcare Professionals In Emergency Situations.
Ability To Work In A Team: The Job Requires Working Closely With Other Healthcare Professionals, Including Emts, Nurses, And Physicians, So The Ability To Work Well In A Team Is Crucial.
