- Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to patients on the Medical-Surgical unit.
- Assist registered nurses in providing high-quality patient care and support.
- Perform basic nursing duties, such as taking vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and monitoring patients' conditions.

Current Cna Certification: To Be Considered For The Nursing Assistant Ii (Med Surge) Dayshift Position At Orlando Health, Candidates Must Hold A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Program.
Previous Experience In A Medical-Surgical Setting: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Nursing Assistant In A Medical-Surgical Unit, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Bls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification Is Required For This Position. Candidates Must Have A Current Certification From The American Heart Association Or The American Red Cross.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Nursing Assistant Ii, Candidates Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
Ability To Work Dayshift Hours: This Position Requires Candidates To Work Dayshift Hours, Which May Include Weekends And Holidays. Applicants Must Have The Availability To Work These Shifts Consistently.
