High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Nursing Assistant At Orlando Health Must Have Completed Their High School Education Or Have Obtained A Ged.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Candidates Must Have A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Program.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility, Is Preferred.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Candidates Must Have A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For A Nursing Assistant To Provide Quality Care And Support To Patients And Their Families.
