Nurse Resident - Surgical PCU - ORMC - Nights

Welcome to the Orlando Health team! We are currently seeking a Nurse Resident to join our Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) on the night shift. 1. Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) during the night shift.
2. Collaborate with experienced nurses to develop and implement patient care plans.
3. Monitor and assess patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes in condition.
4. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies.
5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
