Job Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Active Rn License In The State Of Florida.

  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree: A Bsn From An Accredited Nursing Program Is Preferred, But Candidates With An Associate Degree In Nursing (Adn) May Also Be Considered.

  • Bls Certification: All Candidates Must Have Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Clinical Experience: Previous Experience In A Medical-Surgical Setting Is Preferred, But Not Required. New Graduates With Rotations Or Clinical Experience In A Medical-Surgical Unit Will Also Be Considered.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Healthcare Team Members Is Essential. Candidates Should Also Demonstrate Strong Teamwork Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Others In A Fast-Paced Environment.
