- Provide direct patient care and support to patients on the Cardiac Intervention VFT Nights unit.
- Collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with procedures and interventions as needed.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Nurse Resident In Cardiac Intervention At Orlando Health Must Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Current Rn License: Candidates For This Role Must Hold A Valid And Active Rn License In The State Of Florida.
Bls And Acls Certification: As A Nurse Resident In Cardiac Intervention, It Is Essential To Have Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certifications.
Prior Cardiac Experience: A Background In Cardiac Nursing Or Experience Working In A Cardiac Unit Is Preferred For This Position.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: A Nurse Resident In Cardiac Intervention Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Think Critically In High-Pressure Situations. This Role Requires Quick Decision-Making And Effective Communication With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
