  1. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families who are dealing with memory disorders.
  2. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the supervising physician.
  4. Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  19. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Valid Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Florida.

  • Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Adult-Gerontology Or Family Nurse Practitioner.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Memory Disorder Clinic Or A Related Specialty Field.

  • Certification As A Nurse Practitioner From A Nationally Recognized Organization Such As The American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners Or The American Nurses Credentialing Center.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families.
