  1. Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of patients with various neurological conditions.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
  3. Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to improve cognitive functioning and quality of life for patients.
  4. Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of neuropsychology.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them about their condition and treatment options.
  8. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
  9. Provide support and guidance to other healthcare professionals regarding neuropsychological assessments and interventions.
  10. Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Psychological Association and other relevant organizations.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of neuropsychological services provided at Orlando Health.
  12. Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Serve as a resource and advocate for patients with neurological conditions and their families.
  14. Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff.
  15. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those related to patient privacy and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree In Neuropsychology Or Related Field From An Accredited University

  • Current State Licensure As A Psychologist Or Eligibility To Obtain Licensure In Florida

  • Completion Of A Clinical Neuropsychology Internship Or Postdoctoral Fellowship Program

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Assessment And Diagnostic Skills, Including Experience With Neuroimaging And Neuropsychological Testing Measures
