- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions with patients to address their mental health concerns.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to develop treatment plans and interventions for patients.
- Perform initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for patients to discuss their mental health concerns.
- Educate patients and their families on coping skills and self-care techniques.
- Stay up-to-date on current research and developments in the field of mental health and implement them in therapy sessions.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care.
- Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
- Provide support and guidance to patients during crisis situations.
- Collaborate with community resources and make appropriate referrals for patients as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy in all interactions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve therapy techniques to provide the best possible care for patients.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Social Work, Or Psychology From An Accredited University.
State Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Or Psychologist.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Providing Therapy In A Mental Health Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapy Techniques And Treatment Modalities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish Rapport And Build Therapeutic Relationships With Clients.
