Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Social Work From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Clinical Mental Health Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Current Licensure Or Eligibility For Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor, Marriage And Family Therapist, Or Clinical Social Worker In The State Of Florida.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapy Techniques And Treatment Modalities For Various Mental Health Disorders.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Establish Trust With Patients And Their Families.
