  13. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Collaborate with community organizations and resources to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  15. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Social Work From An Accredited Program.

  • Active State Licensure As A Mental Health Therapist (Lmhc, Lcsw, Or Lmft).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Therapy Services, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions For Treating Mental Health Disorders.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team To Provide Comprehensive Care To Patients.
