- Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Follow established protocols and quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of lab results.
- Review and interpret test results, and report any abnormalities or inconsistencies to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, and notify supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
