- Provide exceptional care to pediatric patients under the guidance of physicians and nurses.
- Assist with patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and medication reconciliation.
- Prepare exam rooms and equipment for patient visits.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by the physician.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing compassionate and empathetic support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and education in the pediatric field.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and managing patient flow.
- Follow through on physician orders and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Credential From An Accredited Program.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Pediatric Medical Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Equipment Specific To Pediatrics.
Experience With Electronic Medical Records (Emr) And Scheduling Software.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well With Children And Their Families.
