- Perform high-quality obstetric and high-risk prenatal ultrasounds for expectant mothers and their babies.
- Utilize advanced technology and techniques to obtain accurate and detailed images.
- Work closely with physicians and other medical professionals to provide important information for patient care and treatment.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of obstetric and fetal anatomy and physiology.
- Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of patients and their babies.
- Keep accurate records of ultrasound findings and communicate them effectively to the healthcare team.

Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Certification As A Maternal Fetal Medicine/Perinatal Sonographer (Mfm/Ps) From A Recognized Accrediting Body Such As The American Registry For Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ardms).
Education And Experience: A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or A Related Field Is Required, With Preference Given To Candidates With A Bachelor's Degree. At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Performing Mfm/Ps Scans Is Also Preferred.
Knowledge Of Maternal Fetal Medicine: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Anatomical And Physiological Changes That Occur During Pregnancy, As Well As The Ability To Accurately Assess And Diagnose Fetal Abnormalities And Maternal Complications.
Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Performing A Wide Range Of Ultrasound Scans, Including But Not Limited To Obstetric, Gynecological, And Fetal Echocardiography. Knowledge Of 3D/4D Ultrasound Technology Is Also Desirable.
Team Player: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment. They Should Also Be Able To Work Closely With Physicians And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide High-Quality Patient Care.
