- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, and visitors.
- Oversee and manage a team of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and response to security incidents.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and facilities to coordinate security efforts and ensure consistency in protocols.
- Monitor and analyze security data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and emergency procedures.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Security Management: Applicants For This Position Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Security Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team Of Security Personnel. Previous Experience In Managing A Security Team Is Highly Preferred.
Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Emergency Response Plans, Access Control Measures, And Incident Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Manager, Effective Communication Is Crucial For This Role. Candidates Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Interact With Staff, Patients, And Visitors In A Professional Manner.
