Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at Orlando Health as the Manager of Quality, Risk & Compliance. This role is a key leadership position within our organization and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all quality and risk management regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare quality and risk management, as well as a proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing effective compliance programs.   1. Develop and implement strategies and policies to ensure compliance with all quality and risk management regulations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality and risk management professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze data related to quality and risk management to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality and risk management metrics to senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on all quality and risk management regulations, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  8. Develop and implement training and educational programs for staff to promote a culture of compliance and quality improvement.
  9. Oversee the investigation and resolution of incidents or complaints related to quality and risk management.
  10. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to respond to any quality or risk management-related inquiries or audits.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  12. Monitor and manage the budget for the quality and risk management department.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization's quality and risk management program.
  14. Communicate and promote a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.
  15. Uphold the organization's values and ethical standards, ensuring all actions and decisions are in line with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Risk Management, And Compliance Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Accreditation Standards, Such As The Joint Commission And Cms.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives And Managing Risk Mitigation Strategies.
