- Develop and implement a comprehensive physician recruitment strategy to attract top talent to Orlando Health.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key medical organizations and institutions to build a strong network of potential candidates.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify physician staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of the role.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters to assist in the recruitment process.
- Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and standards of Orlando Health.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate site visits for potential candidates.
- Negotiate compensation packages and employment contracts with selected candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop recruitment materials and promote Orlando Health as a top employer for physicians.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to physician recruitment.
- Train and mentor junior recruiters and recruitment staff.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Physician Recruitment, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Physician Recruitment Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Build Relationships With Physicians And Other Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Recruiting And Retaining Qualified Physicians In A Competitive Market.
